Special situations require special measures. We all had to learn that in the recent past. The battle against the spread of the corona virus has been successful so far. However, there are still rules we must all abide by.
With the loosening there have been changes in our company and many employees are back in the office as usual and take care of your projects and concerns from here. We have created all the necessary conditions to maintain our accustomed service standards and at the same time reduce the personal contact between the employees. Naturally, the guidelines for combating the spread of the disease are observed and controlled at all our locations.
Unfortunately, we can currently only offer service and installation work to a limited extent. In Germany, we carry them out in accordance with the specified hygiene and clearance rules. Travel abroad is not possible in all cases due to the currently valid travel warnings and safety regulations. Some countries can be travelled by us again. This applies especially to the EU Schengen area. Other countries cannot yet be travelled. In an emergency, our staff may be able to help you online. Please contact us and we will find a solution together.
We continue to monitor developments closely and currently assume that the majority of our customers will continue to operate as long as this is possible under the given circumstances.
