Building 4.0: duo-mix 3DCP+
The m-tec connect® duo-mix 3DCP+ is a member of our connect family connect-Familie and is equipped with a frequency converter as standard, so it can be continuously adapted to your product. In addition to fully automatic feeding, useful sensors and a digital flow meter complement the machine’s functions.
Areas of application
This mixing pump is used where materials that are difficult to mix must continuously have the same quality. This is particularly necessary in 3D concrete printing.
Scope of delivery
In the standard version, the mixing pump is supplied with extended mixing tube, large pumping range, powerful motors and the control with frequency converter.
Mortar hoses, transfer hoods, filter hoods or optional mortar pressure and temperature sensors are available.
With the extra powerful motor and the longer mixing range, the mixing energy that the m-tec connect® duo-mix 3DCP+ uses to prepare the material increases. Furthermore the mixing volume increases, this means that more material can be fed into the process.
