m-tec® Pumps for Processing Paste-like Materials

m-tec® pumps are specifically designed to efficiently process pasty materials or pumpable products such as textured and decorative plasters with a grain size of up to 8 mm. They are primarily used for pumping creative filling compounds, concrete, base, decorative, resin, and silicate plasters, as well as adhesive and reinforcement mortars, bonding agents, and primers.

Supply of the feed pumps: Feed pumps can be supplied through various systems: continuous mixers, mobile mixers, or extruders for pasty materials. Manual feeding with buckets is also possible.

Flexibility and connection options: Depending on the model, our pumps feature connections for compressors or for fully automatic feeding via a mixer. Various options are available to suit different applications, offering flow rates of up to 140 l/min.

m-tec® P50: The Flexible and Easy-to-Maintain Pump

The m-tec® P50 is designed for high flexibility and easy maintenance. The control cabinet is designed as a separate unit, allowing for quick and thorough cleaning of the pump with a high-pressure washer. Additionally, the P50 features clearly laid-out controls and offers connections for operation with a compressor or for fully automatic feeding through a mixer.
