Since 1980, m-tec® mathis technik gmbh has been manufacturing silo placement vehicles for transporting construction containers and silos. Over the years, various configurations and vehicle models have been developed, which are now used in a wide range of industries. In addition to logistical solutions for flexible adsorbers (waste water and exhaust gas purification), our silo placement vehicles are also used in the waste management, plastics and steel industries. We always keep an eye on the entire logistics concept, and with our own silo and container production, we guarantee optimal compatibility between vehicles and exchangeable containers. This silo placing unit is specifically designed for transporting interchangeable containers and silos in various configurations. Its applications range from waste management and wastewater treatment to traditional use on construction sites.
With the HLS20 system from m-tec®, silos, roll-off containers, and platforms can be transported, providing maximum flexibility.
The HLS20 unit can be mounted on 3- and 4-axle vehicles, allowing customers to choose their preferred chassis. This setup is therefore entirely independent of the vehicle's chassis.
Our ST200 and ST300 trailers are designed to transport pocket silos, hook lift silos and tepe silos, with additional container handling systems available on request.
The use of high quality steel results in a very low tare weight for our trailers, allowing for maximum transportable payload. Payloads for transporting tanks, silos and other containers of 20, 25 and 28 tons are available.
If you are looking for an alternative to 4-axle vehicles, the compact and maneuverable ST200 trailer combined with a 2-axle tractor may be the ideal solution. In addition to maximum gross vehicle weights of 32, 40, and 44 tons, our trailers offer easy handling for loading and unloading containers.
