Cloud

The m-tec connect® Cloud is a proprietary cloud interface developed by m-tec® that serves as a unified platform that combines and displays both the level data collected by m-tec connect® silo sensors and the machine data collected by m-tec connect® Machine Monitoring. With its straightforward and well thought-out design, the m-tec connect® Cloud focuses on the essential aspects necessary for your specific application and work. User-friendly and intuitive operation was a priority during development and remains central to the ongoing development of m-tec connect® Cloud. Future new features are always based on feedback from the industry and address the real needs and requirements of m-tec connect® Cloud users. This feedback forms the basis for all enhancements and new functionalities, as we are committed to ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to users.

 

Mobile Data Access

In addition to the standard data access to the m-tec connect Cloud via PC, it is also possible to connect flexibly via tablet or smartphone to retrieve the desired data. This ensures that data can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

 

Filling Level Data

The m-tec connect® silo probes measure the fill level of the material in the silo and enable efficient organization of your silos. The dispatcher is always informed about the silo levels and can efficiently manage refills. Route planning can be tailored to actual requirements, avoiding unnecessary empty runs. The m-tec connect® silo sensors not only calculate the material in the silo, but also estimate possible refill quantities.

 

Machine Data

Each machine type has individual parameters that are displayed by m-tec connect® Machine Monitoring in the m-tec connect® Cloud. All measurable and collected parameters are presented in a tabular overview. In addition, selected parameters are also visualized graphically. This includes not only the error code display, which appears in a graphical machine overview, but also the trend of power consumption and the required water level in the product group of silo mixer pumps.

 

GPS-Tracking

Each m-tec connect® Monitoring machine or silo probe is equipped with an integrated GPS tracker that determines the exact location of the silo. The location of the machine or silo is visualized on a map overview, providing a quick overview of the location of your equipment. This allows for efficient and easy route planning for silo refills and minimizes missed trips.

 

ERP-System

The entire m-tec connect® Cloud is equipped with an open interface for direct data transfer to your ERP system. This means that you can have the current fill level data transferred directly to your ERP system.

 

Data Export

The m-tec connect® Cloud not only allows data visualization of levels, temperatures and locations, but also the export of individually selectable parameters for each silo. Users can specify both an individual time period and individual parameters, which are then output in a separate file via data export.

 

Notifications

Individual rules can be created for each m-tec connect® Monitoring machine or silo probe. These rules can relate to different parameters and include characteristics such as fill levels, operating hours, error code displays, idle time or power consumption, including the set water level.
