General Purchasing Conditions at m-tec
Scope: Unless otherwise agreed, our general purchasing conditions in their most current version shall apply.
Contract Terms:
- Contract Adjustments and Changes: All contract modifications, changes in delivery scope, as well as cost and schedule adjustments, must be made in writing.
- Prices: All prices include packaging. We refer to our packaging guidelines, which have been established for reasons of process cost efficiency and environmental protection.
Delivery Terms:
- Deliveries are made in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010, DAP/DDP to all delivery locations specified by m-tec.
Payment Terms:
- Payments are due within 14 days with a 3% discount or net within 30 days.
