The Silo Mixing Pump for Industrial Applications
The two-chamber silo mixing pump, m-tec connect® SMP-III, in combination with an m-tec silo, enables the digital processing of dry mortar in your automation and 3D concrete printing applications. The pump performance of the m-tec connect® SMP-III can be quickly and easily adjusted to different materials, temperatures, or other influencing factors using the frequency converter. Its variable flow rate makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in automation and 3D concrete printing.
Applications for the m-tec connect® SMP-III
The silo mixing pump is used when larger quantities of challenging materials need to maintain consistent quality. This is especially important in 3D concrete printing.
Standard Delivery
The standard version of the silo mixing pump comes equipped with a large mixing and pumping area made from a PU liner with a steel frame, powerful motors, and a control unit with a frequency converter.
Accessories
Available accessories include mortar hoses, rotary feeders, and a variety of rotors and stators.
